Youth Health and Relationships Guide

There is a lot of information about sex, relationships, and your body on this website.

To help young people find the information they need more easily, we have written this Youth Health and Relationships Guide which is available to download here, or in print at our clinics or in some schools.

This guide contains information about a range of topics, like:

  • Periods and Puberty
  • Sex and Masturbation
  • Consent
  • Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs)
  • Pregnancy
  • and more.

For more detailed information, young people can:

  • read through this site,
  • follow us on social media,
  • talk to a trusted adult such as a parent, teacher, or school nurse,
  • or speak with their GP, or a nurse or doctor at Family Planning.
